Work Environment at Signalogic
Signalogic is located in Dallas, Texas. The environment fosters creativity giving everyone assignments demanding a high level of responsibility. The environment is flexible and not constrained, and office politics are non-existent. When you work at Signalogic, there are three (3) general rules, no matter what is your job responsibility:

1) Show up. Be where other people expect you to be at the time they expect. If
you have to, change the time and/or place.
2) Try. Don't forget things, or hope a problem goes away. Give it your best,
spend some extra hours to research it, take pride in an above-average result. We like to
say: "at a small company, there are no average employees". If Signalogic was
average, we wouldn't be around for long.
3) Communicate. When you have a problem, ask for help. Make effective use of news groups and websites with good FAQs and tutorials to help you solve problems.
Communicate also means to stay in touch with what is going on around you. One of the advantages of working at a small company is your chance to see the big picture and know what is going on. When you see something the company can do better, or you have a good idea, speak up!
