Spectrum Digital XDS510PP PLUS JTAG Scan Path Emulator Pod
Overview
The Specturm Digital XDS510PP PLUS is a portable scan path emulator capable of
operating with the standard JTAG test interface on TI DSPs and Microcontrollers.
This emulator is compatible with the TI Code Composer/Studio development environment and
the XDS510 emulator. This portable emulator works off the parallel port on a PC or laptop
which means no adapter card is required. It can operate with processors that have 3.3V or
5V present on the JTAG header. The XDS510PP is powered by the target (+5V) or the supplied AC adapter.
This emulator supports the Spectrum Digital Flash ROM programming utility. A Windows based configuration utility
is available to aid in hardware setup.
The Specturm Digital XDS510PP PLUS is fully compatible with the Code Composer Studio development
environment, DSP/BIOs, CSL (Chip Support Library) and C5xxx and C6xxx SCI software from Signalogic.
