Signalogic RoHS Compliance
Signalogic Product RoHS Compliance

Signalogic is committed to an environmental policy leading to reduction in hazardous substances in our products.
Furthermore Signalogic is committed to compliance with European Community Directive 2002/95/EC, commonly referred to as
the RoHS directive, for electronic products.
Signalogic products are within the test and measurement product exclusion for
2002/19/EC regulations and are not currently subject to the RoHS directive until at least July, 2007. In the meantime,
Signalogic is releasing RoHS compliant versions when possible in anticipation of
regulation.
RoHS Compliant Products
Part Numbers for 54xx, 55xx, 64xx, and 67xx board products include these suffixes
indicating level of RoHS compliance:
-R5 (RoHS-5 Compliance)
-R6 (RoHS-6 Compliance)
Where RoHS-5 compliance
indicates compliance except for lead content, and RoHS-6 indicates full
compliance.
Some older products cannot be offered in RoHS
compliant versions because sole-source, unique electronic parts are no longer offered by our suppliers. In these cases, the products are marked with the crossed-out trash bin logo, as required by the directive. Customers
who have these products and are no longer using them should dispose of these products as required by local laws.
Mil/Gov Exemption
In general, government and military applications are exempted from the EU law
